Legiano Privacy Policy
Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registered in the Marshall Islands and part of the Rabidi N.V. group. This page sets out what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. Legiano holds a Curaçao gaming licence (OGL/2023/158/0074) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence; accordingly, this policy reflects the operator’s own data-handling commitments rather than UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.
What information we collect
We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. For identity verification we collect copies of government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and where required, documentation relating to your payment method. We also collect gameplay data covering deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, session times, and game choices. Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, is recorded automatically when you access the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics.
How we use your information
We use personal data to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide access to casino and sportsbook products. We process identity and financial data to meet our obligations under anti-money laundering rules, age verification requirements, and transaction monitoring procedures set by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Device and behavioural data supports fraud detection and account security. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details to send marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with licensed payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals, and with identity verification providers to complete KYC checks. Data is disclosed to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when we are legally required to do so. As part of the Rabidi N.V. group, data may also be shared with affiliated entities for fraud prevention and group-level compliance purposes.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with anti-money laundering obligations applicable under our Curaçao licence. Certain records, including identity verification documents and financial transaction histories, may be held for up to seven years where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Data that is no longer required for any lawful purpose is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You can request erasure of your data, subject to any retention obligations that prevent deletion. You have the right to restrict or object to certain types of processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you consider that we have handled your data unlawfully, you may raise a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or the relevant data protection authority in your country of residence.
