Legiano Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liernin Enterprises Ltd, the operator of Legiano Casino, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs your use of the Legiano platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Legiano service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
About us and licensing
Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registration number 126211, registered in the Marshall Islands. The platform holds a multi-product licence (casino and sportsbook) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074, issued in 2023. Liernin Enterprises Ltd is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, SGCasino, BankOnBet, BoaBoa, Alf Casino, and Cadoola. Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Legiano service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or playing: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia, as well as any other jurisdiction designated as restricted by us from time to time. You may hold only one account per person; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. Before we process your first withdrawal, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting the documents we request. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where the breach is material.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (MiFinity, Jeton, Zimpler, Revolut), bank and fast-bank transfers (including Giropay, Sofort, and Interac where available by region), prepaid vouchers (Paysafecard), Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana, USDC on Solana, and Cardano. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin; the maximum deposit per transaction is €5,000. All cryptocurrency deposits are converted to your account’s fiat currency balance at the prevailing rate and are not held natively. Withdrawals are processed on our side within three business days (Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT); after casino-side approval, cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within a few hours, while card and bank transfer withdrawals take a further 3–5 business days. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from €7,000 at entry level to €30,000 at VIP Level 5, and you may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at any one time. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. If you request a withdrawal before your deposit has been wagered at least once, a commission of 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals, and 10% (minimum €0.50) applies to e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion offered on the Legiano platform carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside that promotion. The following standard rules apply across all deposit bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements on deposit bonuses are 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; wagering requirements on free spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses are 40x. The maximum permitted bet while bonus wagering is in progress is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within 10 days of issue (30 days for sports welcome bonuses), after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Game contribution towards wagering is as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games and video poker contribute 10%, and table and card games contribute 0%; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles may not be played with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing bets above €100 before wagering requirements are met, or deliberately switching game types after a significant win to exploit contribution weightings.
Responsible gambling
We provide a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion, which are described in full on our dedicated Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon receipt and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint regarding your account or any aspect of the service, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] , where general queries receive a response within 24 hours. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through standard support, you may escalate it formally by emailing [email protected] ; we will provide an outcome within 10 days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a notice posted on the Legiano website. Updated terms take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Legiano service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
